These Terms of Service govern your use of RussianGold.com and purchases made through our online store.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to you.

Our online store is powered by Shopify.

2. Products

RussianGold.com specialises in jewellery, including vintage, pre-owned and collectible jewellery.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, measurements, materials, condition information and other relevant characteristics.

Due to the nature of vintage and pre-owned jewellery, products may show signs of age, previous use, patina, minor scratches or other natural wear. Significant known imperfections will be disclosed in the product description where applicable.

Product colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and display settings.

The characteristics and condition expressly disclosed in the product description form part of the agreed characteristics of the product.

Nothing in these Terms limits statutory rights relating to defective, incorrectly described or non-conforming goods.

3. Prices and Payments

Product prices are displayed in the currency available or selected on the website.

The product price, shipping charges and any taxes collected by RussianGold.com will be displayed before the customer submits the order.

Available payment methods are shown during checkout.

Your bank, card issuer or payment provider may charge additional currency conversion or transaction fees. RussianGold.com does not control such fees.

Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, sales taxes, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Orders and Contract Formation

To place an order, customers select the desired products, provide the required billing and delivery information, select an available shipping and payment method and complete the checkout process.

Customers have the opportunity to review their order before submitting it.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

A sales contract is concluded when RussianGold.com accepts the order and confirms its acceptance.

We may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, suspected fraud, payment problems or an obvious pricing error.

If we are unable to fulfil an order for which payment has already been received, the customer will be notified and the applicable amount will be refunded.

5. Shipping

All orders are dispatched from Poland.

RussianGold.com offers shipping to supported destinations worldwide.

Available carriers and shipping methods depend on the destination and may include InPost, DPD, UPS and FedEx.

Estimated delivery times are generally:

Poland: 1–3 business days
Europe: 3–6 business days
United Kingdom: 3–6 business days
Other international destinations: approximately 3–9 business days, depending on the destination and selected carrier.

The available shipping methods, shipping costs and applicable estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, public holidays, weather conditions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

RussianGold.com remains responsible for delivery in accordance with applicable consumer law.

6. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

International orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, customs clearance fees, brokerage charges or similar charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, all such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

RussianGold.com does not determine or control charges imposed by foreign customs authorities.

Customers are responsible for checking the applicable import requirements in their country before placing an order.

Failure to pay customs duties or complete required customs procedures may result in delays or the shipment being returned to us.

Any refund relating to a shipment returned due to unpaid import charges will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our Return and Refund Policy.

7. Returns

RussianGold.com provides a 30-day return policy for eligible purchases worldwide.

A return must be requested within 30 calendar days of receiving the order.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect or applicable law requires RussianGold.com to bear the cost.

For European Union consumers, the statutory right of withdrawal applies independently of our voluntary 30-day return policy.

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where reasonably possible.

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.

The fact that an item is vintage or pre-owned does not exclude statutory rights concerning defects or non-conformity that were not properly disclosed before purchase.

9. Customer Accounts

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for activities performed through their account.

We may restrict or suspend accounts where reasonably necessary due to suspected fraud, security threats, abuse or unlawful activity, subject to applicable law.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, original photographs, product descriptions, graphics, branding and other original content published on RussianGold.com are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorised commercial reproduction, distribution or use of protected content is prohibited unless authorised by the rights holder or permitted by applicable law.

These Terms and contracts concluded through RussianGold.com are governed by Polish law.

For consumers residing outside Poland, this choice of law does not deprive them of mandatory consumer protections applicable under relevant laws and conflict-of-law rules.

Any dispute may be brought before a competent court in accordance with applicable law.

Before initiating formal proceedings, customers are encouraged to contact us so that we can attempt to resolve the matter amicably.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, Services, legal requirements or operational practices.

The current version will be published on RussianGold.com together with the date of the latest update.

Changes to these Terms do not retroactively alter contracts already concluded or remove rights already acquired by customers.
